Terms and Conditions: Void where prohibited. We ship to reciprocal states only. Wine club membership can be cancelled at no cost any time after the delivery of the first shipment of wine. A $15 fee will be charged if member cancels prior to first shipment. The subscriber must be 21 years of age and be a member of the La Vida Dulce Wine Club to receive shipments of wine. The customer understands that submission of their credit card information for membership in the wine club entitles La Vida Dulce to automatically bill prior to shipment. The members card will be billed for the cost of wine and any applicable taxes, delivery charges or additional authorized orders by the card holder. Pricing and availability of wine is subject to change and the Tasting Room's retail price is final. There is a no return policy. No wine from La Vida Dulce may be resold from the purchases.
